Made with Oracal 651 outdoor-rated vinyl, built to last up to 6 years outdoors. This vinyl does leave some residue once removed, which is different from the indoor wall vinyl used on our classroom decals. The stars come pre-cut with transfer tape already applied, so they're ready to install right out of the package — no separate transfer paper needed.
Can be used as a direct application or as a stencil (a stencil application requires extra drying and removal steps after installing).
